If a separate written agreement governs architectural design, drafting, consulting, project coordination, or other services provided by 10x10 Designs, that agreement will govern those services and will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
Website content, emails, preliminary discussions, estimates, consultations, or other informal communications do not modify an executed agreement unless the modification is made in the manner required by that agreement.
